About this Addendum
The Uscreen Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) forms part of the Publisher Terms of Service. It sets out how Uscreen processes personal data on your behalf when you use our platform, with you as the data controller and Uscreen as the data processor.
The DPA applies automatically from the date you accept the Terms of Service. No signature or separate submission is required.
Sub-processors
Uscreen engages sub-processors to help deliver the Services. The current list is published at trust.uscreen.tv/subprocessors.
Countersigned copy
If you need a countersigned copy for your records, email privacy@uscreen.tv. A countersigned copy contains the same terms as the version published here.
