Do Google, Apple and Roku take commission from my in-app sales?

It depends. If you enable in-app purchases through the apps, Apple, Roku, and Google will all take a small portion of your subscription fees. If you only allow purchasing through the web you will pay no commissions to the app stores. On mobile devices, in-app purchasing is required, or else your apps will not be approved by the app stores.
