What you’ll do

The ideal candidate is an experienced Outbound SDR who is passionate about sales and the creator economy. The candidate should be interested in deep account research and have a “hunters” mentality when prospecting accounts. They are forward-thinking, have the ability to offer creative solutions, and problem solve in order to spark conversations with prospects.

As our first Sr. Outbound SDR you would report directly to the SDR Manager, Jack Miller. You would also work directly with a  Senior Account Executive in a two-person pod structure.

  • Partner with a Senior Account Executive to prospect industry leaders, creators, founders, & CEOs who meet our criteria as potential successful Uscreen customers
  • Research companies and individuals to develop customer profiles for prospecting
  • Develop thoughtful hypotheses on who to target, how to break in to those organizations, and how to navigate through them
  • Work with ecosystem partners and the Partnerships team to drive new business through our ecosystem of business managers, talent agents, and agencies
  • Uncover business needs to recommend Uscreen as a solution
  • Ability to hit and exceed monthly sales goals
  • Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM system

Who you are

  • 1+ years of outbound SDR experience prospecting $40k+ ACV opportunities
  • Proven track record of exceeding outbound sales targets
  • Excellent prospecting, phone, sales, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to implement creative outbound strategies
  • High sense of urgency and ability to be flexible given the situation
  • Willing to work as a team and put the team first
  • Growth mindset and a positive attitude
  • Graduate of a four-year university

Nice to haves

  • Passion for the creator economy, digital video creators, and digital communities
  • Previous sales methodology training (e.g. Challenger Sales, MEDDPIC, SPIN)
  • Prior success selling video platforms, membership software, and/or OTT video software

How long is the recruitment process?

Can I work from anywhere?

Remote work offers additional flexibility in choosing your own working environment such as workstation, lighting, ambient, etc. However, to stay efficient as a remote worker, we require all our team members to have a quiet space dedicated and optimized for work.

What time zone should I be in?

We have team members across the world, in different time zones. However, we do require an overlap with our headquarters in Washington, DC. This overlap will be defined for each position separately and can be anywhere from 4 to 8 hours depending on the position.
