### Launch plan ($79/month, billed annually)

It suits businesses getting their first paying members, running a course or live events, and building a recurring revenue base before needing integrations or deep automation.

- **Community and content:** unlimited spaces, activity feeds, private groups and cohorts, chat with threads, questions and polls, online and in-person events, web pages in spaces
- **Courses:** on-demand, cohort-based, live courses and challenges, quizzes, resource libraries, native video upload, sequential and dripped content, badges, certifications, SCORM embedding
- **Members:** unlimited members, 3 hosts and 10 moderators, private messaging, voice notes, member streaks, points, leaderboards, built-in referral program
- **Payments:** subscriptions, one-time payments, installments, free trials, promo codes, multi-currency support, multiple pricing tiers

**Limitations:** The Launch plan locks out most of the integration layer. There are no Zapier actions, Kit or affiliate integrations, Google Analytics, or marketing pixel tracking. Those all require the Scale plan. Onboarding, attendance, and activity automations are not available. Members cannot upload their own video content, and charging for one-time events requires Scale.

It suits operators who rely on email marketing tools like Kit, use Zapier workflows, or run affiliate programs alongside their community.

**Everything in the Launch plan, plus:**

- **Integrations:** Zapier actions, Kit, affiliate integrations, Google Analytics, marketing pixel tracking, APIs, and MCP access
- **Payments:** charge for one-time events
- **Automations:** onboarding and attendance automations, automated questions and polls via the Infinite Question Engine
- **Members:** 5 hosts and 15 moderators
- **Admin:** 500 GB storage
- **Streaming:** 30 hours per month
- **Transaction fee:** 1% on all payments (down from 2% on Launch)

**Limitations:** Scale still withholds several operational tools. Activity and content automations, AI automation filters, SSO, and email white-labeling are Growth features. Advanced leaderboards and the ability for space hosts and moderators to go live independently also require Growth. Member video upload is not available until the Growth plan.

**Limitations:** Growth is the ceiling of the self-serve plans. The only thing it cannot provide is a branded app. Custom iOS and Android apps with your own name and icon in the App Store and Google Play are on Mighty Pro only. Branded payments inside a custom app and custom automated reporting are also Mighty Pro only.

It is built for businesses that need their own branded app alongside full community management support. It suits high-volume operators, enterprise organizations, and businesses where the app experience is central to the product.

**Everything in the Growth plan, plus:**

- **Branded apps:** custom iOS and Android apps under your own name and icon in the App Store and Google Play
- **Services:** app design audits, weekly performance updates, free migration, strategic community design support
- **Payments:** branded payments inside your custom app
- **Reporting:** custom automated reporting
- **Marketing:** up to 10 customizable landing pages, up to 15 scheduled promotions
- **Members:** unlimited hosts and moderators
- **Admin:** 4 TB storage
- **Streaming:** 50 hours per month
- **Transaction fee:** 0.5% on all payments (same as Growth)

**Limitations:** Mighty Networks doesn’t publish Mighty Pro pricing; you get a quote from its sales team. The 0.5% transaction fee continues at this tier and does not reach zero on any plan.

## Does Mighty Networks charge transaction fees?

Yes. Mighty Networks charges a **transaction fee on every payment** your members make, on every plan including Mighty Pro. The rate drops as you upgrade.

The fee applies to both subscription and one-time payments. There is no plan on which the Mighty Networks fee reaches zero.

**What this means in practice:** On annual billing, Scale costs $100/month more than Launch and cuts the fee from 2% to 1%. Once your members pay you more than $10,000 a month, the 1% you save covers the higher price

## What does the free trial include?

Every Mighty Networks free trial runs on Growth plan features. The trial lasts 14 days with no credit card required. After the trial, you can continue on Launch, Scale, or Growth, or move to Mighty Pro with a sales conversation. If you downgrade after the trial, you lose access to features not included in your chosen plan, but content you created stays in your account.

## Does Mighty Networks offer a branded mobile app?

Mighty Pro is the only plan with branded apps. The Launch, Scale, and Growth plans all give your members access to the Mighty Networks iOS and Android app, but under the Mighty Networks brand, not yours.

Your community lives inside the shared Mighty Networks app. You don’t get a separately listed app with your own name, icon, and branding in the App Store or Google Play.

Mighty Pro includes full app design, a dedicated team, migration support, and weekly performance reviews alongside the branded app itself. It is not a plan feature you add, but a managed service package with the app as its centerpiece.

## What are the limits on Mighty Networks plans?

Mighty Networks charges a transaction fee on every plan, including Growth and Mighty Pro, so the fee never reaches zero. Branded apps require Mighty Pro, which is priced by quote. There is no self-serve path to one. Streaming hours are capped on all self-serve plans, from 20 hours on Launch to 40 on Growth. There are no TV apps on any self-serve plan.

**Here are the limits you're most likely to hit:**

1. **Storage:** The Launch plan gives you 200 GB. Scale gives 500 GB. Growth gives 1 TB. Mighty Pro hits 4 TB. Video-heavy communities hit the Launch cap quickly, especially if members upload content.
2. **Streaming hours:** The Launch plan includes 20 hours of live streaming per month. Scale includes 30, Growth includes 40, and Mighty Pro includes 50. If you run weekly live events or cohorts, add up your monthly hours before you pick a plan
3. **Moderators and hosts:** Launch allows 3 hosts and 10 moderators. Scale allows 5 hosts and 15 moderators. Growth allows 10 hosts and 100 moderators. Any team-operated community will feel this limit before a storage cap.
4. **Integrations:** Kit, Zapier actions, Google Analytics, affiliate integrations, and marketing pixel tracking are all locked behind the Scale plan. On Launch, you get Zapier triggers only.
5. **Automations:** Only courses and gamification automations are available on Launch. Onboarding and attendance automations require Scale. Activity, content, and AI-powered automation filters require Growth.
6. **Landing pages and promotions:** Launch and Scale both give you one customizable landing page and a cap on scheduled promotions (2 and 5 respectively). Growth raises that to 3 landing pages and 10 promotions.
7. **Branded apps and branded payments:** Both are Mighty Pro only. There is no self-serve path to a branded app.
